# Elizabeth (4)

(continuation)

A huge blow came at the southern exit of the Saint-Pancras train station. Was such a violent explosion that it made the whole building of the railway terminal shake in such a way that it caused the collapse of part of the structure of this south. The people who were there at the moment, those who had not been the victims of the explosion, rushed to the north, looking for the exit through the door that served her. The chaos settled down with hundreds of people in a panic, screaming, trying to escape from that place. Some fell into confusion, having been trampled underfoot by those who did not walk where they were, in their eagerness to flee.

Elizabeth ran up the stairs to the ground floor of the building. As he was preparing to descend the first of two flights of stairs, along with a crowd of people, a second explosion, more violent than the first, near the north access of the Saint-Pancras train station, precisely at the moment when hundreds of people clashed and pushed themselves in the attempt to leave the place.

The violence of the explosion caused the northern entrance to collapse, buried hundreds of people, Elizabeth, who was at the top of the stairs, was projected by the shock wave of the burst. After a four-meter flight, she crashed violently against the wall, falling inanimate to the ground. The violence of the clash was such that when she woke up from fainting and seeing all the hustle and bustle in her surroundings, scared she got up, not realizing where she was, who those people were, what had happened there and, worse, who she was.

Staggering walked through the rubble, leaning back where he could, with a huge pain in the back of his neck and a high-pitched buzz in his ears. His face was panic-stricken, looking in all directions. Already in the street, she turned away from Saint-Pancras, a dramatic look, as if she were running from someone or being persecuted.

On her back a third explosion occurred. The most violent of them all. Elizabeth no longer listened to her, for the buzzing that tormented her did not allow her.

During the month after the bombings, Elizabeth's few friends and the publisher of the literary prize, made every effort to hear from her. It was an effort in vain and, three months later, was officially reported as missing. The mother was given the monetary value of the prize and the book, edited, became a Best Seller with three hundred thousand copies sold in just one month.

Elizabeth White became a famous writer with her novel, "Elizabeth."
